All sarees are subject to availability. In case of an out-of-stock product after purchase, we will notify you and provide an alternative or a refund.

4. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed through our website only.

We accept payments via [list payment methods, e.g., Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, Net Banking, etc.].

Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after processing.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the location and courier service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier delays).

6. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, the following conditions apply:

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

A complete parcel opening video is mandatory to initiate a return or refund request.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

After verification, we will arrange pickup. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Returns without a proper parcel opening video will not be accepted.

Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Exchange Policy (if applicable)
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If you wish to exchange an item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details.
