At Mornak, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
A complete unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory to initiate a return or refund.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer negligence will not be eligible for return.

Verification & Pickup:
Our team will review the proof and, if eligible, arrange for parcel pickup.

Inspection & Refund:
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it.
If the product meets our return criteria, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Important Notes:
Returns without a proper parcel opening video will not be accepted.
Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange options may be available based on stock availability.
